Enjoy something for you this weekend: fun fitness, yummy food, and girl time!
We’ll start with a private 30 minute Zumba class in the CASDA room – ie, no mirrors! Zumba is a really fun dance workout that you can make easier or harder as meets your needs in the moment. The instructor is a personal friend of one of our moms, Jacqueline Kuschel, and Jacqueline guarantees us that she is fantastic at teaching all skill and experience levels!
To follow it up, we’re going to need food. It’s going to need to be healthy, delicious, and ready…so we’re having Panera Bread cater us! Yummy food will be waiting for us as soon as class is over, so make sure you let us know food allergies when you RSVP!
CADSA will provide a selection of breakfast items and a water bottle. Zumba is a free will donation (classes usually run $5/session, as an idea, but don’t let the cost keep you from coming!)
Non-CADSA members are welcome at the invitation of a CADSA member.
If you can only come to Zumba or breakfast, please do! We want to hang out with you, even if we can only have you for a little while.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST -This class is limited due to space to the first 20 people that sign up. Therefore, sign up early!
Thank you Janice Frankovich our Mom's Night/Day Out Coordinator and Jacqueline Kuschel a CADSA member and our May host.
