Uke and Me is a group where members learn to play the ukulele in a group setting learning chords to accompany new and familiar songs. Class time will include opportunities to create song lyrics for group songwriting! This class will have goals to help with fine and gross motor skills, memory, learning sequences, social skills, oral motor and language skills, participation in group skills, and reading skills.
Small class sizes, To purchase the Ukulele contact the office. You may borrow a ukulele upon request.
Offered once per quarter. Registration is required. Classes will close registration after class 2 begins, no new members will be able to join this session. However, we will offer the class again.
